- How long does it take to set up?
In minutes! We understand that time is money for entrepreneurs, so we can help you with this! You can even send us your product lists in our CSV format well in advance. We will work with you to build your custom menu and ordering flow. From the main POS, kitchen prep stations, menu modifiers and discounts, we've got you covered. Once we get the paperwork done; your POS software could be ready to use too.
- Do I have control over making changes?
Yes! You do. You can customise almost everything on your restaurant POS. Set how many items appear, so staff can work fast. Make changes up/down to the size and colour of buttons to match your business's style.
- What happens when my internet goes down?
The POS can continue to function and able to do transactions, queuing up Eftpos transactions in offline mode until the internet connection can be restored. We are confident in both our online and offline functionality.
- Can it be interfaced/fully integrated to Eftpos?
Yes, it can. Eftpos terminals can be interface/ fully integrated to our POS systems to eliminate operator mistakes and improve speed and service.
- Will I get software upgrade?
Depending on the type of agreement you have. You may automatically receive upgrades from time to time when it becomes available. With our POS systems, you will always have the most up-to-date system powering your operation.
- Can my staff make changes when they want?
Yes and No, depends on how you want it. It is always a good idea to keep your POS system safe by setting up the user restrictions for your team. Tell us how you want it and we can set it up for you, so you have control of what they can do and cannot do.
